Job Description:
Develop satellite ground system as a part of mission solutions to solve customer mission problems.
Develop relationships with customers, lead teams to architect technical solutions, perform architecture trades, write RFI and proposal responses, and present concepts to customers.
This Advanced Concept Engineer (ACE) role works with Business Development and Program Managers to create new business strategies, develop technology roadmaps to meet that strategy, work with customers on developing new mission concepts and new mission systems, and leads pursuit and proposal efforts.
Essential Functions:
Satellite mission management system design & analysis Write RFI and RFP technical proposal responses Architect ground mission planning & TTC SW solutions Lead internal teams to develop best value, optimized solutions Present clearly and concisely to customers
Qualifications:
TS/SCI clearance 20
years working with satellite ground systems Excellent oral and written communication skills BS in electrical engineering or equivalent field Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience with EGS, USAF enterprise ground systems Experience with Neptune, NRL satellite ground SW framework.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
