Job Responsibilitieso Manage the day-to-day operations of the automotive service departmento Maintain accurate records on parts, labor, and other costs associated with repairso Ensure that all employees are properly trained and certified to perform automotive service taskso Ensure all customer service issues are addressed in a timely and professional mannero Monitor and ensure that all required safety standards are followedo Work with the sales team to ensure customer satisfactiono Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all customer needs are meto Train and mentor lower-level mechanics and technicianso Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to automotive serviceo Monitor and adjust pricing to ensure profitabilityo Develop marketing strategies to increase service department revenueo Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality partso Proven track record of success in automotive service industryo At least 5 years of experience in customer service and automotive serviceo Understanding of automotive service processes and procedureso Excellent customer service skillso Ability to manage a team of automotive service technicianso Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot quicklyo Ability to multitask and prioritize workloadso Excellent organizational and time management skillso Knowledge of computer applications and software related to automotive serviceo Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and safety standardso Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and maintenanceo Ability to read and interpret technical manualso Excellent communication skillso Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situationsPI226987588 Recommended Skills Automotive Industry Communication Customer Demand Planning Customer Relationship Management Customer Satisfaction Customer Service Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
